Great location at reasonable rate and was nice to have the free bus to china town. The hotel was good and the staff were all very helpfull. Bathroom were clean, the very best breakfast never had before and pool was excellent.

Good to travel to KLCC shopping centre and i like the location of the hotel is very accessible to the twin tower. Also the deluxe room is great.

The staff could look more pleasant, i feel the waiters should make quite sure whether a person has completed his/her breakfast before picking up the plates.

Location is superb, for tourist is at center to visit main places of kuala lumper otherwise everything i experienced best as far as a tourist wants and staff is good. Bathrooms are clean and functional, the breakfast is great.

Great Location, large open lobby/lounge/bar/restaurant area provides a good atmosphere and the staff are always warm and friendly. I had to use my UK mobile phone using up all my 300 rm credit just to run my business due to no internet.

Other than good location and the free one way transpo to Bukit Bintang. Great beauty treatment all at reasonable prices and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable and decent, also has nice sauna, clean towels.

The outlook of the building looks a bit old and faced the road noise level was not minimal. The elevator was small, this was not before being made to pay for our breakfasts on the spot.
