"Overall Experience"

I got my room from Asiarooms.com @ S$102 per room per night (Superior Room with ABF). The outlook of the building looks a bit old and I guess it should not be painted in organe or yellow as the colors make the while building looks old. The lobby is nice and big. I managed to check in within 3 mins and I got those traditional key and not card key. Maybe they should upgrade to card key which is better. We got a non smoking room as I requested. Now, non smoking rooms are on higher floors than those smoking room. Level 7, 8 & 9 are non smoking and 10 and above are executive & club rooms. I got the 9 floor and had a good view of the Twin Tower. Our room was good and big enough. The toliet was up to standard. The breakfast was good enough and we always had second helping every morning. Room service was good and they cleaned up the room fats and neat. Overall it is a good hotel & good location. I dun think it is as bad as what others said. Go and try it =)

Not worth it

I recently stayed there for a Week. First of all, the customer service is very poor. We had reservation for Non-Smoking room, but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us in the Non-smoking room. They gave our room to somebody else. We had to spend the first night in a SMOKING room and I was coughing all-night. The very next morning we asked to be switched to a NON-SMOKING Room and from 8:30 till 12:30 they will give me a reply, it will be ready in 30 minutes. But that did not happened. I literally had to stand at the RECEPTION and told him to give me a room and I am not moving from here. After that they gave us a room. Secondly, their HIGH-SPEED internet is worse than a Dial-UP. You have to pay RM 46.00 for 24 hours and the INTERNET will go down every 45 minutes or so. The customer service will tell us they are rebooting the server. My room had breakfast included with the purchase, but when we go for Breakfast, they will give us a hard time and I had to fight for the FREE breakfast (everyday). Not worth it.

Great location next to tiwn towers

Stayed there for four nights with our 2 year old daughter. Got a great deal through Agoda and booked a Cabana room. Had balcony from which you walked straight into pool area so great for our toddler. From pool you can look at twin towers which is only a 2 minute walk away. Great room with all facilities one needs. Nice detail: glass window so yuo can see bedroom form bathtub.
