Excellent choice for KL

I've stayed at the Swiss Inn several times over the last few years on KL stop-overs and always enjoyed my stay. Being right on Jalan Pataling, it is in the very middle of Chinatown. Rooms clean, breakfast fine, easily accessible by light rail (from nearby Pasar Seni), and the myriad of hawkers and restaurants literally at your doorstep make this a great place to stay. Standard rooms do not have windows, so the claustrophobic may wish to avoid those (though they are perfectly adequate), but in any case Superior rooms, the next step up, are only RM 10 more per night. Light sleepers may wish to request a room on one of the higher floors as noise from the night market can be heard from some of the rooms on the lower floors.

Budget Hotel

This is a budget hotel. So so... The bedsheets are not as clean as I would expect. The room has no windows at all. The toilet does not flush properly and choked with toilet paper. Only stay here if you're on a budget, otherwise don't consider....
