  • This hotel could be in Manhattan or London -- great bars, restaurants, rooms and all with a fun mix of locals, tourists, and business people. Especially good is the Eest Restaurant.. Read review

  • We asked for a room on a high floor on the side of the hotel away from the construction. Keep in mind that you spend 90% of the time you are in a hotel room sleeping -- a view of the towers is not the most important thing, especially because they are within walking distance and can be seen from the restaurant or the gym. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. I don't understand how anyone could say the staff was unfriendly -- we were greated everywhere we went and people were very helpful. Our safe was locked when we got there and after a quick call to reception help was sent in under 10 minutes. I travel extensively and this was an excellent hotel. The location is also excellent for Petronas, the convention center, plenty of shopping malls and restaurants.. Read review

  • We stayed at the Westin for five days on the way home from the UK and found it to be an excellent hotel. We did not book the Twin Towers room as it did not seem worth the extra money and we were quite happy with the City View room. Th room (including the bathroom) is very luxurious. The hotel is in an excellent position for shopping and it is quite easy to take the shuttle to and get a taxi from KLCC Shopping Centre which is the best place to go. The breakfast is amazing, the best we have ever seen.. Read review

  • Booked a Twin Tower view room, was lucky and given one on the 30th Floor. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to all the good shopping malls and 5 mins from monorail station. The rooms are large, and have a large marble bathroom with seperate shower, the Westin Heavenly beds are the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in, I would book the hotel purely for the bed! The hotel is very modern and the restaurants are fantastic. We had breakfast included in the rate and it was out of this world.. Read review

  • The location was excellent - walkable distance to all the major shopping centres and 5mins to the Bukit Bintang monorail stop. The service was really good - if not a bit overly eager (it was at times a little uncomfortably over the top - but better than than not attentive enough! We were offered a 2 bdrm suite which was superb - we had a loungeroom, dining room, kitchen, study and balcony, all with views of the twin towers. All this plus our own private ensuites for each room. The room we had was modern, first class and clean.. Read review

The lobby is beautiful and so trendy, with music playing all the time, and candles all around at night time. It makes it difficult to get out of your bed in the morning! Breakfast is amazing with so many items available. Across the street is one of the best KL shopping center, with a large choice of...... Read entire review
