I just completed a 3 night stay at Hotel Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and it was simply a great hotel in terms of value and location. The hotel just opened a new food outlet, called Kafetien 1966, serving delicious Nyonya food and decorated with pictures of old Kuala Lumpur and Chinatown. My husband and I had a wonderful time eating at the restaurant, reminisicing about the nostalgic times we first stayed in Kuala Lumpur 30 years ago.. Read review

Clean surroundings and central for China town. Also hotel staff friendly, the woman at reception refunded us the night we paid for and noticed that air conditioning was too high. The breakfast was good enough.
