The Clipper Club has no beach; however, all beaches in Mexico are public so guests need only hop on a public bus to reach all of Cancún Island's 14 miles of white sand. Some beaches are within 5-to-15-minute walks of the hotel.

This four-story resort offers 72 air-conditioned guestrooms overlooking Cancún Island and Nichupté Lagoon. Room decor is a mix of colorful tropical fabrics and traditional Mexican furnishings, with tiled floors and ceiling fans. Though the rooms do not have balconies or patios, wood shutters—louvered for privacy and air circulation—can be opened for views of the tropical grounds.
