Posted: Mar 27, 2011 - Since the Baccara is a very small resort, only 27 rooms, we felt like we were the only people in the place. The staff was excellent and met all of our needs. We were especially enthused about Juan the Bartender and Juan the Waiter in the restuarant. We felt they were very professional and were extra careful to show our family outstanding service and friendship. The Baccara is a nice little place for those who want quiet.. Read review
