  • It is true the staff is very nice, always smiling. The hotel manager introduced himself to us and made us feel important, you will see him around often. Don't be stingy even a dollar tip is so greatly appreciated from the staff.. Read review

  • From the moment you walk into the Lobby you are in awe. We got upgraded to a 2nd floor room ocean side w/ an amazing view right on the beach. Poolside service is good but great if you tip a little. We always had a perfectly cleaned room every day by 09:30 hrs. We also tipped the personnel cleaning as they did a fabulous job. We also had room service brought up twice and you can request whatever you like. It ias an amazing ambience and the food was fabulous. We never got into the Japanese restaurant due to the smallness and lack of tables but heard it was great. If you see Jerry (Supervisor in the lounge where the shows are) he is awesome. Also if you tip I promise you will get your service, drink, room, etc alot quicker and the service is as if they are there for only you!. Read review

  • We are fairly picky eaters as we eat out all the time at fine dining places and chain restaurants and we found the food to be way above par. The bar is always open but be careful the drinks are strong and we spent the first night in bed by 9:30 (hee-hee). The beach is great, small, but we never had any problem finding a lounge chair. I have to say I really do not have a single compaint about this hotel, which I was asked many times by the staff how everything was, and we would be more than pleased to return!. Read review

  • Our room was large with a stepdown sitting area and balcony. Our room had lots of wood paneling, arches, columns, minibar (re-stocked within an hour of requesting), tile and granite shower and floors. Our room was beachfront despite not requesting it. We reqested close rooms on a lower floor with a good view and got exactly what we asked for. We just had our stuff delivered to our friends room and then went to eat.. Read review

  • The first room was nice but the view was not. By 2pm we were in an ocean front room with a large balcony. Spick and span overlooking the party pool and ocean. Also, looking down to an atrium with a jacuzzi not known unless of our view. The quiet pool was just beautiful and the party pool is a party pool. We found no problem with chairs by the pool or beach.. Read review
