I stayed 5 nights at the Art Hotel for business. The design and the spacious rooms are great. Make sure you get one of the bigger rooms, the ones on the Library side are ok but not the best ones as you have people who see into your room hence you have to close the curtain. However I was very disappointed by the service. I was awaiting a much more professonial staff. Several times my room was done late in the afternoon (once at 7 pm!), the cleaning lady did not replace the items I had used the night before and I run out ouf coton pads twice. My sheets had little tears: I would have expected such an hotel to just not use spoiled sheets... Re. food: the food is good however the list of dishes is a little bit short when staying there 5 days eating lunch + dinner. At the end you have the feeling you are always eating the same. Also I was disappointed to see that the hotel is using chiped dishes. Staf is friendly but not professional... The breakfast buffet is nothing special, and you have to pay an extra of about 2-3 EUR to get eggs... When great thing though: the bread is really good, they serve very fresh bread,sometimes specials ones like olive bread or spicy bread. I liked the place, the design and this hotel would be a great one if they could improve in the areas mentioned above.
