Hotel was better what we expeted. It was clean and cosy. Staff in the reseption was helpful and location of the hotel was exellent. Breakfast could be better. Everything went fine. I can recommend Monte Kristo hotel.

good location, cute rooms, competitive rates and clean. Located on noisy corner - major arterial road on one side, and pubs on the other, fine if weather's cool enough to keep windows closed, but rooms stuffy and hot in summer and with windows open was a challenge to sleep. Big let down here is staff - Riga was our last stop on long travel through Eastern Europe, stayed in hotels of comparable quality and always had helpful and friendly staff. Monte Kristo staff were rude and surly. Shame.

Excellent hotel, when thinking price vs. guality, only (BIG) minus was the noice coming from corridor and other rooms.

Nice hotel and I had absolutely nothing to complain. I would come to this hotel again :)
