Green Apple Hostel details:
This cosy and comfortable hostel is located in one of the most prestigious and historical parts of Riga, right next to the Freedom Monument and the National Opera.
The Green Apple is situated on the third floor of one of the oldest and most historical hotel buildings in Riga, built in 1878. It is the perfect place if you are looking for fun with other travellers and students, or if you prefer some personal space and privacy.
The hostel is within walking distance to all the other major attractions, interesting sights, clubs, pubs and entertainment spots of Riga.
Riga’s central train and bus stations, a movie theatre and some big shopping centres are only a few minutes’ walk away from the Green Apple. Public transport is available right outside the hostel’s door.
There is a common laundry room as well as a secure luggage room.
There is a cosy, spacious and fully equipped common kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Alternatively, breakfast, lunch and dinner are also served in the restaurant on the second floor and in the bar on the first floor. Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:00 (vouchers can be purchased at the reception). The restaurant is open from 11:00 to 23:00, the bar from 07:00 to 01:00.
The restaurant also offers an order-by-phone option, with your take-away meal ready in 15 minutes.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

There is a shuttle from the airport to the hostel about every 30 minutes. The airport shuttle has to be booked in advance at the reception if you wish to use it from the hostel to the airport (available from 05:00 to 22:30).
