The hotel is undergoing major reconstruction. There is no Atrium presently. Very noisy, and had to manuever between construction material to get to my room.
I made several emegency telephone calls to my traval insurance company in the US. Husband was in the hospital and needed emergency evacuation from Lithuania. These calls were made to a world wide collect number and should not be charged to my room. I made several calls from other telephones and was not charged. Hotel Atium has charged me $140 for these collect calls.

The Atrium Hotel is very centrally located in the old part of Vilnius in a pedestrian street with many restaurants and shops.
The staff was very friendly.
The room was a little small, but clean and comfortable. My main problem with staying here was that since I had a room on the ground floor, I got almost no sleep at night due to the very loud live band/karaoke/bar facilities literally a few meters from my hotel room.
The hotel seems to double as some sort of club/discoteque for the locals, so there were many people hanging out in the hallways partying at night - not altogether pleasant when you are looking for a good night's sleep.
