This lovely little hotel is situated about 50 metres from the main pedestrian thoroughfare. My wife and I had a four night stay in Nov 07 although the weather was not the best the hotel was warm and comfortable. We had a first floor standard room which had a comfortable king size double bed very nicely appointed bathroom with walk in shower and all that we could ask for really, for our short stay. The reception staff we found to be very helpful and most spoke very good English. The restaurant come bar area was very nice without being over flash and the staff were friendly once you got to know them. The buffet breakfast we found very good although maybe a little bit repetative and in the evening we ate most nights in the hotel and the food was very pleasent at very reasonable prices. Kaunas is a city still to waken up to the tourist industry but that in itself is quite charming. The Daniela Hotel we thoroughly recommend.

Recently stayed in Kaunas for a wedding. Not much to choose from re:accommodation options about town. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, fresh and pleasant. Excellent location in middle of town
