Posted: Mar 13, 2011 - From my memories of Tokyo the Grand was in a better location and the design was very minimal without being cheap. The service was flawless and the Concierge was wonderful mixed reviews. The room was perfect and the French Kitchen on the 2nd floor did a great competitive breakfast. The heated toilet was a plus, pool facilities on the 5th floor were very well ordered. . Read review
