Most Tower rooms have fabulous views of the Ginza, the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo is an excellent place because of the location and the service is breathtakingly efficient. GREAT water pressure in the shower. . Read review

Has a great location, good hotel and the staff is incredibly polite and professional. Additionally the rooms are simple, food is reasonable and all employees at the Imperial will offer helpful. The facility is excellent. . Read review

Superb location and lovely hotel. The amazing service and more comfortable rooms. A large 32 LCD TV and beautiful Snoopy bathrobes. Great restaurants and free spa.

The view was better seven years ago and hotel services were excellent. The staff was more polite and the rooms were comfortable. The 3 restaurants we ate in were very good.

Location : excellent location you work around Tokyo, this hotel is a good value and the service is undoubtedly the best I have ever experienced. The bathroom fittings are all designed for dwarfs.

The location too is very convenient, service is the high point at this hotel and the staff is incredibly polite and professional. More choice of TV channel would be good.
