La habitación individual es excesivamente pequeña y la única ventana daba a un patio. A pesar de que en la página web del hotel aparece en negrita que las habitaciones están "insonorizadas", eso no es cierto. Se oyen todos lo ruidos del patio, del pasillo y de las otras habitaciones. En las 10 noches que he pasado en el hotel no he descansado como era de esperar debido a los ruidos. En mi opinión las instalaciones del hotel no se corresponden con la categoría de cuatro estrellas, y la relación calidad - precio no es buena. En contrapartida todo el personal es absolutamente profesional y de un trato al cliente excelente. La limpieza de las habitaciones también es muy buena.
