Free upgrade from delux double canal view to a suite and made our stay feel special. Staff are great, the bed is quiet comfortable.

Great location to explore the sights of Venice and quiet atmosphere whilst close to all key attractions. The staff are friendly and rooms are spotless. Service is awesome at breakfast.
