By train: Stazione Santa Lucia is 500 metres from the hotel. From here, take the Line 1 vaporetto for the Rialto, get off at Riva di Biasio. Turn right, follow the fondamenta and take a left, the hotel is on the Campo di S. Simeon Grande.

Lovely small roof terrace breakfast is served has a lovely view over Venice, the hotel is in a quiet section of the city and close to excellent restaurants and nice.
Convenient boat stops providing links thoughout the city and wonderful place to stay in Venice. A professional staff, bed comfortable and the breakfast on rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing.
Very good location in the centre of Venice and we liked everything about the hotel. Helpful staff and clean air-conditioned room. Nice terrace for breakfast.
