Nice stay, very pleasant location and area. The room is very comfortable and quiet!! Unfortunately, they should inform you that there is nobody waiting for you at arrival (at least it was my case). Nobody at the reception, during all my stay (not really important for me, but it could be for other customers). The buffet is quite good but restricted food (two slides of bread for one person and a croissant). The charming place and the comfort of the room is really the big positive point of the hotel (not really the service).

a lovely small hotel. Be sure to take a marked map with you, as venice can be very confusing to locate and identify the passages.

Adorable petit h?tel, tr?s calme, tr?s bien situ?, facile ? trouver, avec vue sur le canal et la maison de Casanova pour certaines chambres, avec petits balcons pour voir passer les gondoles ! Les chambres sont tr?s agr?ables, spacieuses, magnifiquement d?cor?es, avec soin, en pur style V?nitien (lustres de Murano, baldaquin, dorures, tissu tendu aux murs...), ainsi que la salle du petit d?jeuner, charmante. Le petit d?jeuner (buffet) est amplement suffisant (2 sortes de pain frais, croissants fourr?s, c?r?ales, yaourts, fruits au sirop, 3 jus de fruits...) Nous ?tions avec nos 2 ados, ils ont ?t? ravis. Nous avons ador? notre s?jour, je recommande cet h?tel o? le service est parfait. Le site internet est tout ? fait conforme ? la r?alit?. Rien de n?gatif, j'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, je recommande cet hôtel où le service est parfait. Le site internet est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Rien de négatif, j'y retournerai avec plaisir !

For those who want to experience a cosy, homelike stay in Venice, Casa Pisani Canal is an excellent choice. We were 2 young couples who visited Venice on low season (February) for three nights. There is no room service or reception but hey!!! it is Venice....we knew where to go and what to see.... Call them when you arrive just to be sure that there is someone waiting for you to check in and give yourself 10 minutes to study your way to the hotel....it isn?t difficult but narrow streets would stress you if unprepared. Excellent location, decent breakfast, very clean... What we mostly enjoyed was that the hotel was almost empty at that time and he had the impression that we were guests at a friendly italian family house.... A stay out of the ordinary and much better from many of the 4-5 star hotels we had stayed before. Stavroula, Panagiotis, Christina, George
