The hotel location was perfect!! We would go out for a few hours, hop on the boat, come back for a rest or even a bathroom break and then continue our adventures around Venice. The staff was exremely helpful.

Very good location - 3 min from S.Marco square. However, lack of furiniture in rooms, quite old furniture, no Wi-Fi in rooms and lack of space in the small rooms. If you plan to go by car then consider that hotel is 20 min walk from public parking.

Staff was friendly, and we appreciated having a computer for Internet access in the lobby. Our room was small but comfortable, with a very tiny attached bath. Coffee and breakfast downstairs in the morning, but we only made it down in time once. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and Grande Canal with vaporetti access.

Very nice hotel, very well located in the center of venize, near Piazza san marco and rialto. It is located on a little and very quiet piazza, but near from the shops. Design of the hotel is typical from venize, a little bit older in the room, but everything is very clean and the price is very good for a hotel in venize!

We were travelling in a group of 8, thus we had 4 different rooms. The one facing the channel was fantastic (big and beautiful), the rooms facing the campo were medium size and the one facing the calle laterale was tiny but still tidy and cosy. Many thanks to Erika for her useful tips about the city!!! I would definitely stay here again if I come to Venice.
