Very central location, about 5 minutes walk to St Marks Square and good hotels in Italy are not inexpensive. The staff are friendly, reasonable high speed internet available on the second floor and breakfast: don’t expect a large buffet. . Read review

The location is FANTASTIC, the hotel is ideally located near st mark's square and such a wonderful front desk. Additionally great water pressure in the shower, a small terrace is available the weather is nice and the breakfast is lovely. . Read review

Great location and was one of our best hotel choices. Staff were all competent, the room was very quiet and breakfast on the small terrace made a good relaxed start to the day.

Location is a huge plus in Venice, room 201 overlokking a quiet canal at the front of the hotel and friendly and helpful - from the front desk to chambermaids. Breakfast is delicious.
