The location is wonderful, a short walk from St. The service staff could not have been more pleasant the and rooms were neat and clean. The two best things were the wonderful breakfast which is included, and the free boat to Murano island.. Read review

It was clean and the staff was very nice.

On more than one occasion we asked the price of a water taxi to the airport and got the same reply 120 euros, fine but when we got to the airport it then became 150 euros. The elevator is not on ground level but one floor up so if you really need an elevator remember you will have to walk up to it!!!
