Although it is near the train station, it is in a good area and it is not "creepy" like train station areas can be. The hotel itself is in slight disrepair: paint and marble stairs are chipping, there are no real numbers on the rooms (only masking tape with handwritten numbers), the lobby couches are old and torn, and giant bags of dirty linens are readily visible throughout the hotel. Room service provided the bare minimum by straightening the bed and providing clean towels. Breakfast, however, was fabulous, but get there as soon as it starts.. Read review

Good value hotel, staff was very helpful and kind, my room was rather big.
The view was terrible: a
dumpster of old construction material and towels were dirty.
