Laura and Renato were so nice and helpful, they had so many suggestions for wonderful restaurants. The room was absolutely gorgeous, it most well-appointed throughout our stay in Italy. My personal favorite thing about this hotel is that you can take a water taxi directly to the front door.. Read review

Having booked direct with the hotel, we were able to choose which suite to stay in. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We had a suite with balcony - Ducale - which looked out over the canal and the Bridge of Sighs. The decor is very impresive - we had a four poster bed.. Read review
