Very quiet location and the is good alternative to classic hotels. In addition the price is actually very reasonable being in Venice itself, plus a seperate shower upstairs plus has a small roof terrace.

Ideal location and you will live like Venice citizen not like tourist. In addition the staff is really nice and helpful, the apartment is old. Easy to meet locals.

Very good location for sightseeing and great relation price/quality. Many thanks for service and small shower. Perfect kitchen and a coffee pot would have been nice.
