4.8This was our first time in Venice, so first time at the Hotel.
Brilliant stay.
We did our research before we went, as it was our First Anniversary and we wanted to stay somewhere really nice.
Locanda Vivaldi was perfect and the location was brilliant, right near St Mark's Sq. but just far enough so it feels like you have space with the Lagoon right outside our window and the canal to the side.
All the staff were excellent, thank you.
They looked after everything and anything and booked us a table, at late notice; for the Venice Jazz Club. (Which was one of the highlights of the trip)
Breakfast was good with big choice of cereals, pastries and more.
Will stay there again when we next visit Venice, no question.
There is a small bit of noise in the morning because the front of the hotel is on the promenade, but this wasn't a problem at all, just trying to make the review complete!
I wouldn't have changed it at all though because it meant we had a great view, with space, so you didn't feel anyway claustrophobic, having to look at an alley like in some other hotels; as lots of others that we saw during walks around had a "view" across a 2 metre alley.
Don't hesitate just book it!
