Relais Venezia - Venice, Italy     

This little hotel is a perfect place to stay in Venice, quaint, clean, modern and close to everything. So perfect.....I can't say it enough. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spectacular with a giant tub. We would open our window in the morning to the neighbours singing next door....so wonderful. Safe and quiet. Continental breakfast included...but get there early as the dining area is petite but the coffee exceptional. We will visit Venice again....fantastic. So easy to get away from the crowds in Venice and a wonderful cafe and gallery on every corner. You must also visit the Lido and ride bikes around the island...feels a little like California on the Lido...very different than Venice.

This is a nice little hotel. The location is perfect. I would only recommend it to people who like small hotels with no services. There is no lounge, the breakfast room is not well heated and they don't even turn on all the lights. The room (superior) was tastefully designed but somewhat uncomfortable: No chair, no sofa, no light for reading. The small bathroom is very pretty. Breakfast is basic, but the waitress is nice and helpful. If you can get a good price the place is allright.
