The staff was exceptional in assisting us in our situation and the hotel was a little more expensive. The service was well below par too and the room itself was good. Breakfast was adequate.

Great views and clearly the hotel takes this kind of thing seriously. In addition wonderful staff, huge room and breakfast was quite good also.

The location was as good as gets and this hotel was perfect for my wife. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the complimentary 'American' buffet breakfast was faultless.
