Location was fantastic and within walking distance to the train was very good. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and some rooms were actually overlooking a quiet canal. Overall service was incredible, the bedroom was clean and breakfast was nice. . Read review

This is an excellent location next to the grand canal, there are plenty of places to go near the hotel and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. As opposed to the fast food establishments abound in Venice. . Read review

Excellent and quiet location, very convenient for the station - easily walkable. Very good value and comfortable lobby. Nice wine store and 30 minutes from st marcs square. No lugging heavy cases through miles of alleyways - perfect, friendly staff and breakfast included in the room rate was a big plus. . Read review

Good Value for money, friendly staff and i liked the furniture in the room very much. Furthermore amongst lovely restaurants.

Location is not bad, a small canal leads off from the Grand Canal.

The location was perfect for coming by train, this hotel was less than a block up from the San Marcuola vaporetto stop was very convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was fine, the breakfast was excellent - very good continental breakfast of yoghurt.
