Excellent location, 3-minute-walk from St Marc, quiet, very good relation between price and quality. Only downside, the mattress of the double bed in the double family room is VERY uncomfortable.

Beautifully decorated room looking out over the rooftops matching the spirit of Venice.. very convenient and pretty self service cafe "Chat qui rit" just round the corner.

We arrived in the pouring rain!! and were helped with our luggage.We were offered hot coffee for free. The rooms were warm and welcoming although it was not clear from the original info that my friend and I, each with our own room,would have to share one 'private' bathroom .Breakfasts could have been more varied but all in all we were very happy.

1. the internet connection did not work when i checked-in on the 19th april 2009 2. The side bed in 4-persons'room is a little bit small 3. The toilet in 4-persons'room is private but is not intergrated in the bedroom, in fact, it is out of the door but clocked by your key.

Easy walk from water bus. Close to major attraction which is helpful when walking in the maze that is Venice. Breakfast on the terrace is a great way to start the day.
