I was satisfied total, nice hotel, nice warm people as staff there, very good knowledges of english and spanish-no communication problems. I have been in Venice more 10 times and to come there again I will make a choice for this hotel again, very good location to reach any place in Venice.. Read review

By Boat: From Piazzale Roma (car park) or the train station: - Take vaporetto (public boat service) number 1 or 82 and stop at the Rialto station.
By Plane: From Marco Polo airport: - Take the bus, which stops directly at Piazzale Roma where vaporetto number 1 or 82 will take you to Rialto station. - Alternatively the Alilaguna is a boat service that takes you directly to San Marco. - Antica casa Coppo can also be reached via taxi.
