Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno offerto un overbooking della camera, che è risultata confortevole e tranquilla. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Pur non essendo dei viaggiatori abituali, quanto ci è stato offerto è stato all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Ci sentiamo di raccomandarlo

Good hotel, well positionned in th ecenter of Venise. The price is high (but standard for Venise).

We were upgraded to a beautiful room with balcony overlooking the canal& 4-poster bed, at no extra charge. Our only criticism of the room was that the jacuzzi did not work although we hadn't expected one anyway. The hotel is just around the corner from the Rialto bridge and very convenient for walking around the city and river boats on the Grand canal. Staff were business-like and spoke good english.

This is a nice, modern hotel in a great location. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included each day. The only downside to this hotel is that they do not offer any additional services (i.e. room service, laundry, etc.) We asked for some hot tea in the evening (because I was sick) and we were told the water was shut off and it was not possible to get anything from the kitchen. Seemed strange for such a nice hotel. Overall, it is a great hotel and I would stay there again.

A nice hotel, in a very nice city. We will go back again. By the way, the temperatures in April are perfect (not too hot).
