Got extremely warm welcome on our arrival by concierge "Ugo" at reception. Room gorgeous, very clean, felt like we were the first to use it. Beautiful bathroom - stylish and well equipped. Breakfast was fine, although breakfast room quite small, so not intimate - tables close together, but we didn't mind. Great location, close to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square. We took water taxi from airport to Rialto bridge - cost 90 euros, but only took around 25 minutes.. Read review

We got the standard room and they upgraded us to a room with a terrace which was fantastic. Although not much of a view, the terrace was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather and gave us the feel of having a larger room. The only criticism would be that the room was indeed very small. The bathroom and shower was so tight it was a bit claustrophobic but this is probably true of most European standard rooms. Breakfast was good, location perfect, good staff, clean and modern rooms.. Read review

Wow , doubles were spacious and fantastic decor (modern) great bathrooms. We also had a bigger rooms with an extra bed and still there was space. This is in a magnificent location between St Marco and Rialto 2min walk. Breakfast at the Palac is very good and you can get your day off to a great start.. Read review

The hotel is accessible either by private water taxi which stops at the hotel's private landing stage, or by public water boat from the train station or parking areas.
The nearest boat stop is at Rialto, only 100 metres from the main entrance door.

Our first time visit to Venice was made an extremely pleasurable experience due to the reservation made through this site and the hotel was clean and modern. The staff were generally brilliant, room was spacious and the breakfast on terrace was excellent.
The location was excellent, hotel facilities were all kept clean and the staff were always good humoured and helpful. Our room was lovely, the free breakfast was outstanding.
