From Santa Lucia train station down Lista di Spagna for about 100 metres then turn left into Calle della Misericordia (the 2nd street).
From car parks Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma catch water bus 1 or 2 to the train station or just cross the bridge and follow the directions to the railway station, a 5-minute walk-
From Marco Polo airport catch bus number 5 or 35 to Piazzale Roma and head to the train station, then follow the directions above.
