This is a fabulous hotel. Located near the Rialto bridge, our room looked out over the grand canal, but was still quiet at night. The room was large by european standards. The staff was very helpful, especially the night manager who woke up at 4 am to make sure we got our water taxi on time. The breakfast room was airy and had an excellent view. There is an adorable veranda to enjoy an after dinner drink. I have stayed in Venice four times and this was by far the most enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Close to the morning market and walking distance to the major attractions. Nice breakfast room on the Grand canal.... Not easy to find !

The was an excellent hotel. Good location, with excellent helpful staff and good value for money. Very nice breakfast to start your day! Very good spot to explore Venice from

The hosts are very hospitable people. The property was very quiet and very well catered for. We had a wonderful visit here, and would fully recommend a stay at this house.
