When I first got there, it was in midnight, I don't have any idea of where I am, but it is so easy to find it. The room is very classic. The breakfast is good. And the most important thing is I left my camera in the room, and when I went back three days later, the hotel remained it and gave it back to me. so lucky!
um... the Internet is not free, but as it said on the website it is free to use.

The Hotel itself was very clean and in a good location, but ..... It stated that rooms overlooked the gardens or the canal. Ours didnt, we opened our window to a brick wall!! It also says there's a bar, which there is, but they wouldn't open it. When we asked for a drink the staff member said he was too busy ( he was reading!!!) and we should use the minibar in our room. The female receptionist wasn't very friendly when we booked in or when we checked out. So much for a friendly family run hotel!! 3more on GTAHotels

It is understandable that most of the hotels around the area, including the Canal and Walter, have an old structure and have been in business for many years.
But what I didn't like was the fact that the room that we were assigned with seemed to have the kitchen vent connected to it , therefore unpleasant smells from the kitchen invaded the room and bathroom.
Also the bathroom tub was not cleaned properly.
But I also have to say that the staff from the front desk was extremely nice and helpful . They definitely made the stay a bit better.

Lovely little hotel in excellent location(especially as we arrived at the bus station quite late at night.We were lucky enough to have the room with a balcony overlooking the grand canale.The hotel had faded charmed just as I had imagined a Venetian Hotel to be.Breakfast was more than adequate for continental type.Would definatley stay there again. 3.6more on Venere
