A great bar right next door you can sit out by a quiet canal and the area is a rquiet residential area. The hotel is located in a quieter section of Venice that has fewer tourists and the staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and the owners are the best. . Read review

I liked the location of this small hotel - away from San Marco area, great service and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast there was far better.

This hotel has clean rooms and very helpful staff. Loads of hot water, good breakfast.

Away from the crowds in a small quite residential area, the Italians are not quiet.

Locanda Sant'Agostin is conveniently located in a quiet area near Rialto and the hotel is well situated for visiting individual shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice.

Locanda Sant'Agostin is a wonderful B+B in a great location in Venice, there's an excellent little wine bar on the canal side of the hotel and the staff are friendly. The rooms perhaps appear bigger than they are the one we had was long.
