Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay there, the hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. The only criticism I have is that we were not given information about breakfast when we checked in.

Wir waren in der Dependance untergebracht, aber das wäre ja noch nicht das Schlimmste gewesen. Das Einzelzimmer war winzig, stickig, heiß und praktisch ohne Tageslicht (winziges Fenster unterhalb der Decke in einen engen Lichthof). Und das für € 140,-- pro Nacht. Reklamationen wurden nicht entgegengenommen, da der Rezeptionist weder englich noch deutsch noch französisch zu sprechen vorgab. Freundlich war erst am letzten Tag, als es ans zahlen ging. Typische Abzocke in einer Tourismus-Hochburg.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay at hotel. All good, esp air-con. You do need a map to find it, but easy walk from Roma. A fairly long walk back from San marco, but easy on the bus.Ignore crass review posted on another site.
