Good location and overall fantastic value for the money. Friendly multi-lingual staff, excellent rooms and great towels. Fine breakfast and large choice.

2 different buildings and you visit this town just once. The elevator named Otis is so small you have to squeeze in.

Perfect Location, we hope to come back to the beautiful Venice and the reception staff have been wonderful. Moreover excellent air conditioning and a good dinner menu you choose not to explore some of the restaurants.

The adress in the central city of Venice and the location of the hotel is good as you need couple of minutes walking distance to reach to a tourist attraction place. Reception staff are excellent and because the heating didn't work at all.

We had the best view of one of the canals, the location was definitely the most important aspect of the hotel and staff spoke good English. Bathroom were great and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
