I was in a small suite as no others were available, it was tight but okay for a short term stay. Don't understand why a coffee maker, toaster, clock radio, a kitchen necessities are not supplied. You can "rent" some of these items for $20/week. I don't know that many people travel carry these items, as most people are working away from home or relocating. <br>The $100 deposit that you do not receive back at check-out but have to wait for a check from the corporate location is a bit inconvenient.

Cosy quiet beamed loft rooms Posted: Sat, Mar 29 2008 We booked to stay in Albergo san samuele - but they moved us here to their 'sister' hotel just around the corner.
It was a really cosy loft room with tv/shower. Reception was open 24h and staff were friendly and helpful.
There is a nice deli next door if you are feeling the squeeze in expensive Venice. The hotel does a filling 5 Euro breakfast which is great value compared to restaurants/ cafes etc
