The location 's perfect, just about 5 minutes from Academia and very good value for money at very expensive Venice. Old building, centrally located to San Marcos Square at a very economical price and staff friendly. Very clean room and fresh towels. . Read review

Very good quiet location, about 4 minutes away from St and really made the place feel like 'home. There are a clear intention from staff to make us forget the decaied facilities, loved being able to open the windows at night.

Simple directions would be from the railway station take the number 2 water bus to station san Samuele, there is a small restaurant close by.
