Travel information
From Venice Santa Lucia Station and Piazzale Roma:
Take water bus line 41 or 51, direction S.Zaccaria (every ten minutes). Get off at S.Zaccaria, go over the bridge on your right then turn left and pass through the San Zaccaria underpass (between Hotel Savoia & Jolanda and Hotel Paganelli). Go to the end of Campo San Zaccaria, turn left and you will find yourselves with Campo San Provolo on your right. Go through the underpass and proceed along the edge of Canal Osmarin for approximately 60 metres. The hotel will be on your right.

The staff very helpful, big room.
Good value for the money, the variety of food acceptable for continental breakfast.
The location was excellent and everything about the hotel was very close to St Marks square. The staff were courteous and the room we were allocated turned out to have a nasty drain smell emanating from a kitchen unit housed in a wardrobe. Breakfast was good.
Other then the location and the little bar just outside was very handy for a quick inexpensive lunch or a coffee overlooking the canal. Staff was polite and the room was spacious.
