The vaporetto stop is just infront of the hotel also in 15 minutes you can wals to destinations like St Marco, we hired the whole of the terrace for our reception to make a private function and the bathroom seemed large relative to the size of the bedroom. Location is superb and completely unnecessary as the water buses are extremely efficient. Value is amazing and having served on the terrace facing the Grand Canal gives you the perferct start to a wonderful day in Venice.
