The location is great and the grand canal is quite a noisy high street. The vaporetto stop is just infront of the hotel also in 15 minutes you can wals to destinations like St Marco, we hired the whole of the terrace for our reception to make a private function and the bathroom seemed large relative to the size of the bedroom. Breakfast is very good. . Read review

Private outdoor patio on the canal and beautiful location. Moreover a lovely atmosphere, exquisite building and well integrated in the local style. Helpful and thoughtful staff, nice bathroom, good breakfast on the terrace facing the terrace.

One of the beautiful facades at the Gran Canal and great location. Well worth the cost and in summary: Wonderful building. Fine interiors, helpful staff and had a lovely spacious triple room at a reasonable price at the height of tourist season.

The best brioche in town, fantastic location and well appointed bathroom up to high international luxury hotel standard. Helpful pleasant efficient staff, excellent room and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Luxurious room overlooking the Grand Canal, good location and amazing ancient atmosphere accompanied by modern facilities. Eggs as well as Continental style and great staff. Free wireless internet and brilliant breakfast.
