Excellent location. Very close to railway station and convenient to walk around Venice.
Breakfast was fine but area was very crowded.
Staff were excellent and very helpful. I had single room 11. Bit noisy from restaurant below but OK. 3.6more on Venere

Hotel cualificado como 3 estrellas cunado es de una. Nos sentimos engañados y al poner una queja ellos nos dijeron que era un problema de Venere. Las fotos del baño no se correspondian con la realidad.A partir de las 10 de la mañana no había agua caliente.Cama rota.Relación calidad precio malísima. Desayuno servido en un pasillo. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que no vaya. 0.7more on Venere

4.7I had the single room, the bed is huge and clean. The location on Lista di Spagna was great.

very clean room, nice welcoming with people speaking english and french
hotel well placed near the railway station but difficult to find (only a door with an enseign).
breackfast correct but not outstanding
Price low (65€ for a single room with toilet and bathroom during the carnaval)
possibility to left for several hours luggages at the desk but not in a closed room. 4.6more on Venere

A nice quiet hotel conveniently placed for arrivals by bus otr train. The room was large and well furnished. The bathroom was small but adequate, however hot water was a little short in the shower. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. 4.4more on Venere
