The view from our room of the garden was beautiful and hotel staff was nice. The price we paid was ridiculously low for Venice and the overall service levels provided was fairly satisfied. The bathroom was small and breakfast was great.

The location was great, along our street there were a very nice restaurant and this small hotel/ b&b was conveniently located--away from the noise. The price was extremely reasonable for Venice, staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
