We received excellent service at the Hotel Leonardo in Venice, for the price I paid and not one of staff members was even the slightest bit friendly. Yes the private bathroom was small and the coffee was nice. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. . Read review

The decor was simply charming and helpful staff more than made up for. For the price we paid we expected a fairly nice room and wonderful espresso at a bar we were the only tourist. . Read review
