Travel information

By Car:
If arriving by car, you can leave your vehicle in one of the car parks in Piazzale Roma. From here, take a private water taxi to the hotel or a vaporetto. You can take vaporetto line 1 towards San Marco and get off at Campo Santa Maria del Giglio. From here walk to your left and cross the bridge where you will find yourself in Fondamenta Duodo/Barbarigo. Locanda Barbarigo is found here, at number 2503/A.

From Venice Santa Lucia Railway Station:
In front of the railway station you can find public transport. Take vaporetto line 1 and follow the above directions.

From Venice Marco Polo International Airport:
- In front of the arrivals hall, take the shuttle bus to the dock area. From here take a private water taxi or the Alilaguna shuttle, which will bring you to Venice’s historic centre (this is a 70 minute ride). You need to get off at San Marco/Calle Vallaresso. From here take vaporetto line 1 towards Piazzale Roma and follow the above indications.
- Alternatively, from San Marco/Calle Valleresso you can walk to the hotel. Walk down Calle XXII Marzo, Venice’s most famous shopping street. At the end of this street cross the bridge and you will find yourself in Campo Santa Maria del Giglio. From here follow the indications above.
