Comfortable bar/pool area is great for getting away from the crowds of venice and would recommend for longer rather than short stay breaks due to the location. Staff are generally very pleasant and suite lovely as per picture. The breakfast buffet is bountiful and delicious.

15 minute complimentary water taxi from the center of Venice runs all day, hotel welcoming and staff were discreet helpful. Our room was nice, the continental breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful.

From the city center was very useful and our room in a quite part of the hotel was clean. Service was fantastic and bed was huge very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the pool was very well maintained.

Location was perfect, shuttle servic efrom hotel to Venice was excellent and attentive staff that spoke good English. Our room was wonderful, the buffet breakfast was exceptional and the concierge were extremely helpful. The spa was beautiful.
