We used Rick Steves book to locate this hotel. We called at 10 PM and they still had openings. When we got there it was fairly easy to find because it was right next to the train station. Our room was very noisy because it was at the corner of two busy streets. The owner spoke a little English which was helpful. The room itself was clean but the bathroom that is shared among the whole hall was very dirty. I would not stay in this hotel again.
