Friendly and helpful proprietor and pleasant clean room. Breakfast was minimal - especially on the last morning. The bus into town was satisfactory but perhaps this would be a better hotel for someone with a car. The owner directed us to an excellent traditional Piemontese restaurant just about 100m away.

This is a really nice location in Turin, just "over the river" but away from the hustle and bustle. For walkers and runners, a run up the hill from the hotel offers spectacular views of the mountains and the city, and there is a beautiful park with a stream running through it. The hotel owner is very friendly, as were the staff. THe only drawback was the cheap and worn carpeting in my room, which had an unpleasant feel to it.

Small but nice hotel: the room was so spacious & quiet that I could relax so well. Capucchino the owner made every morning was excellent! In fron of the hotel, there's a bus stop from where you can easily get to the center of the city in 10 to 15 minutes.

Stayed in Turin for 2 nights, Bijou was a really nice hotel, welcome was good although not all the guys on reception spoke English. We stayed in the room on the top floor which was very spacious and comfortable. Its a bit of a walk into Turin centre from Bijou but there is a bus stop almost right outside. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed Turin and would definately use this Hotel again if we were t oreturn.

If you are willing to walk into to town or take a short bus ride, this is an ideal property. The walk into to Turin is a delightful downhill experience and you get to see all the houses and restaurants around. Suggest a cab or a bus home if it is hot. The rooms were quiet and the breakfast more than adequate. Thanks
